Coach Bryan is an expert in Men’s fat loss. Through our very own Shred Method Program, he has helped over 500 men achieve sustainable weight loss, optimise hormonal profiles, build discipline, and regain confidence.  With a background in competitive bodybuilding and personal training he has years of experience and a plethora of knowledge.

FAQ's

How fast will you see results? 

You will see changes in how you look, feel and perform in as little as 14 days. After that, if you go ALL IN you can drop 10% body fat in 10 weeks!

How long is the program? 

The flagship program is 6 months long. Most clients will reach their weight loss goals in the first few months. However, to keep the body fat off for GOOD, we need to build your metabolism and develop life long habits.

What time commitment will you have to make? 

Exercise wise, a minimum of 3x45 minute workouts a week and 8000 steps a day. The more you put in the more you will get out.

Why is Online Coaching more effective than in person 1on1 training? 

With Online coaching we leave no stone left unturned. From diet, training, cardio, supplements, and physique check ins. Will be able to see exactly how your body responds and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you continue seeing progress every single week. Whereas with personal training, we can only control what you do for 1 hour of your day.

Can I join if I live outside of Canada?

Of course! We have members in the USA, Europe, and UAE.
